Lord Kotiswaram has an east-facing sanctum, and the gate has a large number of Dwarapalakas. There is a shrine towards the south of the Goddess Soundaranayaki. A long cement hall connects the two sanctuaries. The sanctum sanctorum houses Dakshanamurthy, Lingotpavar, Brahman and Durga.
